The law firm Odinot & Associés wanted to re-design their website.
The firm’s previous website used Flash technology. Therefore it is not compatible with smartphones and with the majority of tablets. To improve the accessibility, I’ve worked on a whole new website using responsive design.
A responsive website is able to adapt the visual structure of the content to match the screen characteristics of the user device. Thus, a visitor using a smartphone will have access to the same information as the user of a laptop, but its user experience will remain optimal.
Starting from scratch
Besides reworking the accessibility of the site, the redesign allowed to change the graphic approach and the way to access the content. The new version is more real, sober and minimal, to emphasize the professionalism of the firm.
The site is mostly built around a single page which incorporates the majority of the contents of the site. The menu is permanently accessible at the top of the visitor’s screen. It allows to navigate between the different sections of the page.
